MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Tuesday filed cases for falsification and violations of the Anti-Dummy Law against dismissed Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo and four members of her family.
Aside from Guo, her two siblings, Shiela and Ximen Guo, are also included in the complaint along with their parents Li Wenyi and Jian Zhong Guo.

“They have falsified the articles of incorporation, the secretary certificate, and the general information sheet,” Lavin said.

We have documents from the Department of Foreign Affairs, documents from the Bureau of Immigration, documents from the NBI and they also lied when they said that they are occupants, residents of a place in Bulacan,” Lavin said.
